Government issues notification for Eid-ul-Adha holidays

The government has issued notification for Eid-ul-Adha holidays, three government holidays have been given to employees in Eid sacrifice and government institutions. According to News, a notification issued by the government said that private and government departments will have holidays on Eid-ul-Adha from July 10 to 12.
Under the notification, Eid-ul-Adha will be holiday from Sunday, July 10 to Monday, July 11 and Tuesday, July 12. Further, according to Hum News, the Cabinet Division has sent a summary of three holidays on 10th, 11th and 12th July to the Prime Minister on the occasion of Eid-ul-Adha. If the Prime Minister approves the three-holiday summary, it will be an Eid holiday on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
Pakistan Railways, on the other hand, has decided to run special trains on Eid-ul-Adha, the facility of foreigners, so that people living in other cities can go home on Eid.
The decision to run special trains has been taken in view of the rush of passengers. The first special train will reach Peshawar from Quetta via Multan, Sahiwal, Lahore at 10 am on July 8. Similarly, on 8th July, the second Special Train will reach Multan, Faisalabad, Lahore via Karachi at 6.45 pm. On July 13, the third special train will reach Karachi from Lahore via Faisalabad, Multan at 11.30 am.
On the other hand, the All Pakistan Association of Traders demanded the government to lift the ban on closure of business till Eid al-Adha at 9 pm and allow the business to open business on Sundays, saying that the business community supports the government in every difficult time so a notification should be issued immediately considering our request, he said, adding that traders prepared pre-goods for Eid-ul-Adha But due to punctuality and closure of business on Sunday, payments have become difficult to make.
