The global decline in consumer expenditure has caused a decrease in production at the factories. As a result, rather than working six days a week, the employees are only needed three days a week.
The largest foreign investor and exporter in Vietnam is Samsung. Samsung has two production facilities in Vietnam, where it makes half of its products. This nation has been most impacted by the fallback.
According to Samsung, the annual output in Vietnam won"t be impacted by the fallback because it has already begun to increase. The South Korean juggernaut claimed that the supply disruption has begun to end since last week. They added that earnings would either remain flat or slightly rise.
