Due to the devastating inflation and record-breaking fuel prices, hotel and guest house owner in Naran have announced a significant discount for the tourists in order to assist them.
Details indicate that the Hotel Association Naran has reduced hotel and guest house rents by 30%. After the reduction, the group anticipates welcoming a big number of tourists, according to its president, Matiullah Jan.
Between Balakot and Babusar Top, there are more than 2,500 hotels and guesthouses in the Mansehra area. Over 250,000 people rely on the hospitality sector for their daily lives in the area. During the two and a half months of the summer, these folks make their living, which lasts them the entire year.
Separately, the Chief Minister (CM) of Punjab, Hamza Shehbaz, issued an order to restrict the rents of all hotels and guest homes in Murree to assist travellers during the busiest time of year.
The action is a part of the ongoing "Dilkash Murree" project, which also calls for the installation of CCTV cameras, the use of motorbike ambulances, and the creation of a tourism police force.
