WhatsApp will soon allow you to leave groups Quietly

Description:

The beta version of WhatsApp has now received an update, bringing it to version 22.14.0.71. As usual, WABetaInfo users were quick to identify new features that were added with this version; this time, the features relate to group conversations.

The most recent beta version of WhatsApp now allows you to secretly end group chats, according to the feature tracker. Only group admins will now be alerted whenever someone leaves the group chat, as opposed to everyone in the group in the past. It"ll still be feasible to see who left the group because a future feature for Android users will allow them to see previous group members.

Prior until today, the feature was only known to exist for Android, but it is now being developed for iOS and WhatsApp Desktops as well. View the screenshot that follows.

The function is still being worked on, thus it won"t be accessible in the public beta for some time. Consequently, a release date has not yet been set.

Other improvements that WhatsApp is developing include the ability to edit messages after they have been sent, improved order management for WhatsApp Business users, conversation exports from Android to iOS, and many more.
