Fawad Chaudhry, the leader of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), claimed on Sunday that the state institutions were trapped in a vortex because of the mistakes made by their leadership and that nothing bad would have happened if they had stayed within their bounds.
The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader, Fawad Chaudhry, asserted on Sunday that the state institutions were caught in a vortex as a result of the leadership"s errors and that nothing negative would have happened if they had stayed within their limitations.
He said, "PML-N will now focus on the institutions.
He insisted that the PML-N was only now realising its error in supporting the establishment against Imran Khan, and that they were already making statements against the court and would soon start doing the same with the army.
He asserted that the PML-rival N"s was Imran Khan, the leader of the PTI, and that the current ruling party"s plan was flawed since the masses were no longer like those from earlier times.
According to Fawad, "The PML-N was formed from the womb of the establishment. It was determined among themselves that one brother would undertake pro-establishment politics while the other would sell anti-establishment rhetoric. If one brother"s strategy failed, the other would promote his."
He claimed that the following generation of PML-N MPs was using the same strategy.
The former minister made the statement after the Supreme Court ordered that Hamza Shehbaz would continue to serve as Punjab"s "trustee" chief minister until July 25 — the date of the next hearing — because the lawyer for the deputy speaker of the provincial assembly was unable to persuade the panel over its decision to reject 10 PML-Q MPAs" votes in a recount for the election for the position that was held the previous day.
Hamza was also ordered by the top court not to utilise his position for political benefit or to make any significant decisions or initiatives until then.
