Former Pakistan captain Shahid Afridi has claimed that the most crucial part of becoming an international cricketer is enthusiasm.
Afridi stated that his enthusiasm for the sport and desire to represent Pakistan in the national team drove him past his capabilities, leading him to don the Green Jersey. He said that he was disciplined and worked exceptionally hard throughout his career, leading him to play international cricket for more than 20 years.
"I recall sleeping in cricket clothing the night before a match," the explosive all-rounder said. We often used travel by standing or hanging on buses in order to get to our destination on time. Passion and intense love are essential for becoming an international cricketer."
In a remarkable 22-year international career, the star cricketer represents Pakistan in 398 ODIs, 27 Tests, and 99 T20Is.
Afridi is still going strong, having agreed to play in the next Kashmir Premier League (KPL). He claimed that, despite facing from a back injury, he will play in portions of the second season of the KPL for the new Jammu Janbaz franchise.
